Anodized Aluminum For those concerned with weight and want to add some color to their engines,Moroso Anodized Aluminum Valve Covers are available in gold, red, blue and clear. They're manufactured using a five-step anodizing process to insure a high-gloss finish and even color distribution to match other Moroso engine accessories.
Die-Cast Aluminum We die-cast our valve covers using the finest workmanship and materials available. Unlike sand casting, Moroso's die casting process is far more precise and results in a blemish-free surface without porosity.Best of all, Moroso thin-wall die cast covers are about half the weight of cast versions. They're available with or without filtered breathers in black epoxy or with a brilliant hand polished finish.
Fabricated Aluminum At approximately 1.5 - 3 lbs. each, Moroso's Fabricated Aluminum Valve Covers are as light as they come! They're available for several aftermarket cylinder heads, making them ideal for hardcore Drag Race and Street Rod applications. We've also added a built-in oiling system to cool valve springs on Oval Track versions. Each is manufactured on accurate CNC machinery for a perfect fit and leak-free sealing. They're tall enough to clear most rocker combinations.

Under each engine family is a listing of all the valve covers offered by Moroso including stamped steel, stamped aluminum,fabricated aluminum and die cast aluminum versions. Most valve covers either have breather holes or knockouts. Some valve cover sets are also available with breathers and filters already installed, while some feature built-in baffles. Whatever the style or application, Moroso Valve Covers add the professional and quality touch to any engine--street, show or race!
NOTE: Most Moroso Valve Covers are manufactured in the tall style, which will clear stud girdles and most shaftrocker assemblies. These taller covers may not fit some engine compartments. Power Brake Boosters and Air Conditioning Boxes may interfere in some applications.Check hood clearance before ordering. Moroso stock height valve covers are recommended in cases where hood clearance and/or accessory clearance is a problem. However, any Moroso valve cover described as "stock height"or with "built-in baffles" will not clear stud girdles or shaftrocker assemblies.
Perm-Align Valve Cover Gaskets
Moroso's Perm-Align Valve Cover Gasketsare specially designed for the hard driving, all-out racer who wants to be sure that he has the best protection against valve cover leakage caused by the valve cover gasket being blown out or sucked in by changes in internal engine pressures. The gasket is made of 30 durometer rubber vulcanized to both sides of a thin steel frame and will far outlast cork and rubber composite gaskets. They can be used many times; 3/16" thick. 2 per package.
